I'd already identified how powerful giving people the knowledge of conditions like stress, anxiety and depression when I was studying Psychotherapy.

Call its a life purpose, but I knew I wanted to take the the knowledge that would set people free back into the workplace.  

Laura is a wonderful example of this.  For years Laura had struggled with anxiety, and had even been advised by her G.P that anxiety was something she'd have to learn to live with.  Within a few minutes of speaking to Laura, I knew instantly she had PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and shared with her exactly how we could help her completely overcome this.  Not simply learn to cope!
