What You’ll Get in This 60-Minute Session:

It’s a transformational guided session using a neuroscience-backed method called MAP, designed to rewire the way you think and feel at the level of the unconscious mind.

In just 60 minutes, you can expect to:

  • Calm your nervous system so you can climb off emergency alert

  • Regulate your emotions so you can navigate life feeling lighter

  • Clear your mind so you have clarity on how to move forward

  • Reclaim your energy so you’re not running your life feeling energised

  •  Process old memories and trauma that are taking up space in the mind and body, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and safe in the body

  • Shift the unconscious patterns and mindset barriers that are holding you back

"Participating in the session was a powerful and eye-opening experience. The session created a palpable shift in energy, even in a virtual setting. I personally experienced a significant reduction in emotional discomfort, moving from a 7 to a 2 in just one session, which is nothing short of remarkable."

👉 Just £97 for this live transformational MAP session.

I’ve recently completed some MAP sessions. I didn’t know what to expect from the sessions, but I found them really surprising (in a great way). After I felt considerably lighter, calm and much more positive. And a few weeks on, I’m finding the way I’d normally react to certain stressful situations just doesn’t exist anymore, it’s like I’ve been rewired! Simple, powerful and a great experience. I’d recommend both MAP and Sara in a heartbeat.
